Terms of Use

1. The service

Stock3D is a business tool for people who make and sell 3D-printed products. It lets account holders manage product inventory, filament stock, related business records, a realtime community chat with other logged-in users, and an optional public catalog (“online store”).

The online store is a showcase only. It displays products the store owner chooses to publish and provides the contact details that owner entered (for example WhatsApp, phone, email, or a link). Stock3D does not process product sales, checkout, shipping, or payments between visitors and store owners. Any deal is solely between those parties.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You may delete your account in the app Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes the profile and associated app data we control, subject to records we must keep by law.

3. Trial and paid access

New accounts may receive a limited free trial. After the trial, continued use of the app requires an active paid plan, except for accounts we designate for App Store or Google Play review.

In-app subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until you cancel in that store. Apple or Google handle billing, taxes, refunds, and cancellation for those purchases.

Pix (Brazil) may be offered as prepaid access for a fixed period and does not auto-renew. Pix is processed by Mercado Pago.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of inventory data, photos, filament records, chat messages, store text, and other content you upload.

You grant Groupkina a limited license to host, store, and display that content so the service can function — including showing your catalog on the public storefront if you enable it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, contact details, and chat messages, and for having the rights to the photos and text you publish.

5. Community chat

Realtime chat is available only to signed-in users. Do not post unlawful, spam, harassing, or abusive content, or attempt to scrape other users’ data.

We may mute, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Chat is not a support channel and is not monitored in real time.

6. Public storefront

If you publish a store, visitors can view your products and contact you through the methods you configured. Stock3D is not a party to those conversations or any sale.

We may hide or suspend a storefront for abuse, legal requests, unpaid app access, or if you deactivate it. Visitors may report a store through the form on the store page.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or use Stock3D for fraud or illegal goods. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that listings or chat content are accurate.

To the extent allowed by law, Groupkina is not liable for deals between store visitors and store owners, lost profits, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
