Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Groupkina operates Stock3D. This policy covers the mobile app and the website used to display public catalogs.

2. Data we collect

Account: email, name, and sign-in identifiers if you use Sign in with Apple or Google.

Profile (optional): WhatsApp number, birth date, gender, and profile photo.

Business content you create: product stock, filament stock, photos, reseller and expense records, community chat messages, and storefront details (store name, slug, product list, contact methods you add).

Billing: subscription status from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat; Pix payment identifiers from Mercado Pago. We do not store your full card number.

Store visitors: the store slug and product viewed, approximate technical data (such as IP address and user agent) used for analytics, abuse prevention, and optional store reports you submit (message and optional email or phone).

Device and diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use data

We use this data to provide the app, authenticate you, sync your inventory, operate realtime chat, publish your catalog if you enable it, process subscriptions and Pix, prevent abuse, and respond to reports.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use store visitor data to run third-party advertising networks.

4. The online store does not sell through us

The public catalog only shows products and the contact channels the store owner provided. Purchases, if any, happen outside Stock3D. We are not the seller and do not receive the visitor’s payment details for those deals.

5. Processors

Supabase hosts the database, authentication, and files. RevenueCat, Apple, and Google handle in-app purchases and store sign-in. Mercado Pago processes Pix. Hosting for the public website may run on providers such as Vercel. Each processor handles data under its own terms.

6. Sharing

If you enable a public store, the product information and contact methods you publish are visible to anyone with the link.

Chat messages are visible to other signed-in users in that community room.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the service and other users.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account in Settings, which removes your profile and associated app data we control.

Billing or fraud-prevention records may be kept for the period required by law. Store analytics and reports may be kept for a limited time to operate and moderate the storefront.

8. Your rights (including LGPD)

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data, and information about how it is processed.

Use account deletion in the app or contact the developer via the Stock 3D listing on the App Store or Google Play.

9. Children

Stock3D is intended for business users. It is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in your country.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
