# How to publish a public storefront

Step-by-step for a customer to open a Stock3D catalog in the browser, without installing the app.

1. **Open Online Store in the app.** In Stock3D, set the store name, slug (the last part of the URL), and at least one contact: WhatsApp, phone, email, or a link.
2. **Keep the store active.** While the store is on, published stock items appear in the catalog. A paused store shows a maintenance message.
3. **Choose whether Google may list it.** There is a setting to appear in the site sitemap. On, the storefront can be indexed. Off, the link still works for anyone you send it to, but we do not ask search engines to list it.
4. **Share the link.** The public URL looks like https://stock3d.groupkina.com/s/your-slug. Send it on WhatsApp, Instagram, or your bio.
5. **The customer browses and contacts you.** Visitors see name, photo, price, and stock. Contact goes to the channel you configured. Stock3D does not charge the customer or process payment for the piece.
